  • Moisten a cotton swab with apple cider vinegar and gently rub the teeth with it for about a minute, then rinse the mouth well with water, as this procedure is repeated two to three times a week.

  • Mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate to get a homogeneous mixture, then add a teaspoon of toothpaste to get a mixture that's a little more consistent and this mixture is used to gently rub the teeth for a minute before rinsing the mouth with water.
